Privacy policy
We process personal data only when you send it to us yourself, through the contact form or by email. We sell nothing and measure nothing without your consent.

Contact form and email
The Contact and Free preview pages have a contact form. We process the details you enter (name, email, property name and, optionally, phone, a link to your listing or website and your message), plus the IP address the form was sent from, to prevent abuse. The form reaches us by email at info@sferin.sk, and we send a short confirmation to your address. We process details you email us directly in the same way. We use them only to reply and to prepare the website preview you ask for (steps taken prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and the IP address for spam protection (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads only once you start filling in the form and processes the technical browser data needed for the check. The commission calculator runs only in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
How long we keep the data
We keep emails for as long as we are in contact with you. If we do not start working together, we delete them no later than 12 months after our last contact, or sooner at your request.
Who has access to the data
We do not pass the data to third parties for marketing and we do not sell it. It is processed technically by our email provider (Websupport) and, for the form check, by Cloudflare (Turnstile).
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk). Visitor analytics
Only with your consent from the cookie banner we use Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google Ireland Limited) via Google Tag Manager. We collect anonymous statistics: which pages you read, which calls to action you click and where you came from. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses; we keep the data for 14 months. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time on the Cookies page.
Guest data on our clients’ websites
Bookings and guest registration on the property websites we operate are governed by the privacy policy of the property in question. Guests’ personal data is encrypted and stored on a server in the EU.
